Volunteers

A substantial amount of the Central Bedfordshire Canine Trusts work is carried out by volunteers. Everyday lots or volunteers are hard at work, organising trust events, attending meetings, carrying out educational, carrying out Dogs@Home visit or running fundraising efforts and doing it all for the “Love Of Dogs”. The trusts activities, schemes and events take a huge amount of human resources and we couldn’t do it without our amazing team of volunteers! It never ceases to amaze us what volunteers will do in their spare time!  Our volunteers are out in show grounds in the early hours of the morning and at meetings until late into the night. They train classes, make tea, collect donations, carry out educational visits, Dogs@Home Visits,  liaise with authorities, write newsletters, man the ways you contact the trust and lots more. They do it all “For The Love Of Dogs” and above all they find it fun and rewarding. We always need volunteers, whether you can spare an hour or a day, regularly or a one off, all help is appreciated. Please contact us for more information.
