Management Of The Trust
|
The Central Bedfordshire Canine Trust is ultimately managed by a Board of Trustees who decide on matters of management and policies. The Trustees report annually to the members of the trust at the Annual General Meeting, and members have voting and election rights.
The Board of Trustees is assisted by two committees; the Executive Advisory Committee and Central Bedfordshire Dog Show Committee, who have specific delegated functions. The day to day management of the trust is vested in the Chief Executive, who acting within a defined role descirption, along with his administration team, implements the policies, regulations, administration and events decided upon by the Board of Trustees, Committees and Members voting at the Annual General Meeting. |
