Deed Of Trust

The Deed Of Trust is the foundation and blueprint of the Central Bedfordshire Canine Trust. The deed was signed and witnessed by the Founder Trustees on the 1st June 2008 and subsequently lodged with and witnessed by the trusts solicitor. The Deed outlines the charitable status of the trust, its legal creation, powers and financial holding and the main points of governance. It would only be in exceptional circumstances that the  Deed of Trust would ever be amended, and such amendment would have to have the agreement and consent of Her Majesties Charity Commission. Any amendment can only be done by a Special Meeting of the Board Of Trustees, and a new deed being executed.
