The nominal share value is £20 per share.The shares are held on behalf of the trust, by nominees (each holding 50). All profits and dividends from Central Bedfordshire Canine Retail & Services CIC is paid back into the trust. Central Bedfordshire Canine Retail & Services CIC is managed by Directors appointed by the Board Of Trustees of Central Bedfordshire Canine Trust (as per their right as Share Holders).
