Notice Of Annual General Meeting
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 3rd Annual General Meeting of the Central Bedfordshire Canine Trust (Registered Charity 1124683) will be held in Conference Rooms 2&3, at Dunstable Community Fire Station, Brewers Hill Road, Dunstable, Central Bedfordshire, LU6 1AA commencing 7.30pm on Monday 16th May 2011.
Members of the Central Bedfordshire Canine Trust will receive shortly by post an official notice, and ballot papers.
In accordance with the new Good Governance Guidelines the meeting shall be open to attendance by any voting constituent of Central Bedfordshire Council.
Those attending are asked to arrive at 7.00pm where refreshments will be available ready for at prompt 7.30pm start to the meeting.
